The In-N-Out Burger Food Safety team has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Control Technician - Meat Operations Role, located in the Chino, CA warehouse*. The Quality Control (QC) Technician is a position within the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team at IN-N-OUT BURGER (INOB). This position is directly responsible for conducting and maintaining production floor Quality Assurance and Food Safety monitoring and documentation, along with product and environmental sampling. This role’s primary responsibilities are verifying that procured raw materials are within INOB’s required specifications, monitoring of product and equipment during production, documentation and recordkeeping through process control checks; and takes appropriate corrective actions to any problems, up to and including production stoppage.
