Purpose: The Agile Marketing team is responsible for driving operational excellence by standing up and leading Scotiabank’s Campaign Activation Squads for the retail bank by implementing and tracking agile methodologies of the end-to-end process. As the Senior Manager, Agile Marketing you are responsible for driving end to end go to market team effectiveness by identifying and removing impediments, supporting the team, and encouraging practices in accordance with agile principles. The Agile Marketing team is empowered to introduce better ways to drive team productivity and will support his/her team members with the identification of new business opportunities, cost/benefit analysis and delivery.
