Pediatric Floor Nurse (LPN) Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Floor Nurse (LPN) that enjoys working with culturally diverse children and families in providing comprehensive patient care. Under the direction of the Medical Floor Manager, the Floor LPN will be responsible for rooming patients both in person and virtually, vital sign assessment, point of care testing; patient assessment and advisement to provider of any abnormal findings; triage; communication with patients via telephone, conveying results and messages, assisting with prior authorizations; prescription refills; ensure labs, test results and hospital records are accessible to the provider; and ensure patient encounter and procedures performed are documented accurately in the EMR, and...
