We are seeking an experienced climate and energy professional to join the Climate Practice at WTW in a consulting and advisory capacity. This role combines business development, client advisory, and project delivery, with a strong focus on climate transition risk, scenario analysis, and financial quantification. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop revenue pipelines, manage multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted technical expert supporting corporate clients and asset owners in navigating climate-related risks, regulatory requirements, and strategic responses. The Role: As a senior member of the global Climate Practice, you will be responsible for both originating and delivering advisory projects across climate risk, energy transition, and resilience. You will work closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to provide high-quality, analytically robust insights that inform strategic decision-making.
