Location: - S ieroniowice (Ujazd district, Voivodeship Opolskie) Your Key Responsibilities: - Leading the full cycle counting program (policy, schedule, execution, audit). - Designing and adjusting risk-based counting strategies (e.g., ABC/XYZ, criticality/risk weighting, stratified sampling) and dynamically adjusting frequencies. - Developing and implementing counting algorithms to prioritize items based on risk signals (variance history, velocity, value, lead time variability) and triggering exception counts. - Configuring and maintaining cycle count settings in WMS/ERP and automating workflows. - Analyzing root causes of inventory variances and implementing corrective warehouse actions. - Maintaining master data affecting inventory (UOM, lot/serial controls, reorder points). - Creating dashboards and reports on accuracy, shrinka...
