Job Description: The Vended Application Expert provides expertise across all major functions in their area(s) of the business and delivers product features utilizing vended software, particularly ERP applications, by applying knowledge of the application’s functionality and client business processes. The role creates technical and process designs and configures vendor software for the highly complex new or existing enterprise-wide and business-unit applications and maintenance efforts. The VAA Expert knows vendor feature roadmaps and capabilities and leverages developer groups and support processes to gain insight and provide direction.
