We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive department coordinator (Administrative Assistant) to join our team in Grid Strategy and Solutions. We hope to find someone that can partner across the team and help us raise the bar! This role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks, including timekeeping, calendar management, expense and invoice management, event planning, project management, and general department coordination. Qualifications: This role is based in our Atlanta, GA office at 241 Ralph McGill Boulevard with in-office expectations. Some travel to potential sites or external events will be required.
