Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Facilities Technician The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Facilities Technician who brings decisiveness, strong decision-making, and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll be integrated into the Production Engineering team, while being primarily responsible for preparing and maintaining the building and related infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing: - Oversee operation of utilities and drive improvements through incremental kaizen activity - Work with internal customers to deliver projects according to scheduled timing and budget - Oversee and make improvements to building management systems for control of plant lighting, HVAC control, and compressed air - Hands on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of facilities utility equipment - HVAC refrigerant troubleshooting - Capital project management of projects of 250 thousand - Foundational of Cap Ex project management - Oversee docks, overheads doors, pedestrian doors, and plant aisles...
