Maintenance Technician (nights)

Job Description Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures. Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls, etc.) as required. -Reconditions used equipment. Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production under the direction of the Shift Supervisor. -Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use. Mechanical and electrical skills. Ability to read blueprints. Familiar with automation and vision systems. Troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls. Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:15 am. 36 48 schedule, rotating days Pay: The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be 25.00; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between 25.00 and 35.00.
