Track Worker / Equipment Operator (Travel Position) Location: Based out of Frankfort, KY (Nationwide Travel Required) Pay: $21.00/hour Job Type: Full-time Work Outdoors. Travel. Build a Career in the Railroad Industry. Road & Rail Services is hiring Track Workers / Equipment Operators to support railroad track maintenance projects across multiple states. This is a travel-based position-you will be working outdoors, using tools and equipment, and traveling to job sites as needed. No railroad experience? That's okay. We're looking for people with backgrounds in construction, landscaping, farming, or general labor who are comfortable working with their hands and being outside all day. We will train you. If you're the type of person who likes physical work, working with tools, and being part of a crew-this is a strong long-term opportunity.
