YOUR TASKS: - Act as the key bridge between insurance business teams (Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Billing) and technical delivery teams, translating insurance processes into detailed functional, integration, and system requirements for complex core‑system implementations. - Lead end‑to‑end definition of features in core system implementations. - Analyse and document API specifications (REST/SOAP), including quote/bind flows, claim events, billing transactions, payment interfaces, and integrations with pricing/rating engines. - Map and optimize insurance workflows using BPMN and translate them into system behaviours, screen flows, entity models, validation rules, underwriting rules, and event triggers. - Work closely with architects and developers to design integration patterns, data...
