Job Summary The Quality System Coordinator is responsible for providing structured coordination and administrative management across three critical quality functions at LLM-MR: Corrective Action (CAR/8D) management, PFMEA RPN Reduction program oversight, and Quality Training administration. This role ensures that quality processes are organized, documented, tracked, and reported effectively to support cross-functional teams, management, and customer requirements. This position requires a self-starter who is organized and able to hold themselves and other accountable to meet the Linamar Goals and Objectives. Responsibility: Corrective Action Coordination with Quality Manager: Working in ETQ Schedule, facilitate, and document CAR and 8D meetings with quality and cross-functional teams. Create and manage meeting agendas and action item registers for each active corrective action. Follow up with task owners to ensure on-time completion of assigned corrective action items. Prepare and present CAR/8D status reports to management, including trend data and overdue escalations. Maintain the corrective action database in ETQ to ensure completeness and compliance.
