The Role: We’re hiring our first RevOps Manager to own the systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals. You’ll own our RevOps stack - currently HubSpot, BigQuery, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude - and help evolve it as we scale. A core part of the role is building and managing the Claude skills used daily by our commercial, AM and marketing teams, ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful and grounded in real business data.
