Responsibilities: - Master the Machines: Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental and customer heavy equipment with precision and expertise. - Lead and Train: Share your knowledge by training other technicians on repairs, maintenance, and system diagnostics. - Be the Go-To Expert: Travel to customer jobsites to provide top-notch repair and maintenance services. - Stay Organized: Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and on time. - Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers and vendors to diagnose and repair heavy equipment, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.
