What You’ll Do: - Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales. - Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers. - Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities. - Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. What We’re Looking For: - 4+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred). - Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (sales and invoicing). - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). - Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail.
