Key Responsibilities: - End to End recruitment and onboarding of all Early Career (EC) programme hires across CEE, leading a team of Early Careers TA Specialists. - Partnering business and HR stakeholders across CEE to develop and shape our EC programmes to meet current and future business needs, with a focus on DE&I - Manage EC recruitment campaign delivering a best in class screening & assessment model, ensuring that we identify top talent and provide an outstanding candidate experience - Working with TA Employer Branding Project Lead and CGA, responsible for designing EC specific Employer Brand strategy, delivering the ‘Taste the Future’ branding through social media campaigns.
