Overview Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking a Club Controller to join our team supporting Tributer Resort, including Cutalong Golf . This role will be based on property in Mineral, VA. As the Club Controller, you'll provide daily management of all accounting functions, which includes payroll, income audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger for two properties. You'll be responsible for reconciling and maintaining the integrity of the general ledger. In addition, you will prepare accurate and timely financial reporting, including cash flow, and routinely provide financial support and analysis to leadership across the resort. Responsibilities: - Direct and assume responsibility for the property's accounting practices. Maintain accurate financial records, and prepare timely financial reports using standard reporting and comprehensive metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Assist in nurturing relationships with property owners, supervise and coordinate required reporting, provide timely monthly reports, and participate in relevant meetings. - Complete the year-end audit process, review and approve all reconc...
