Software Quality Assurance Manager Jacksonville, FL (Onsite/Hybrid only): We exist to transform our customers and change lives Who We're Looking For: As a Software Quality Assurance Manager at RF-SMART you will lead the quality engineering efforts that build the future of RF-SMART products focused on supply chain in multiple industries across mobile, web and server components while working with a great team. We’re looking for someone who can help our team grow confidently by evaluating and identifying demands of future roadmap and product delivery needs against resources, capacity and velocity of the QA team, as well as facilitate career growth for direct reports to help meet that demand and foster professional development. You will own the quality software development process and contribute directly to the culture of quality within RF-SMART through process improvements, departmental outreach, and mentoring. As part of our growth, you will take on, hire, and directly manage a cross-functional team of QA engineers focused on product, web, desktop, mobile, server, and integration testing across manual and automated testing suites.
