Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements. Your responsibilities: Collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions. Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations. Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving), Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
