We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and help deliver on our mission of hope and recovery Position Purpose: Provide benefit enrollment assistance, assist with redetermination requirements, assist with enrollment in supplemental food assistance programs, and partner with patients to ensure primary healthcare funding is uninterrupted. The Benefits Liaison partners with the Finance and Operations departments to ensure patients’ benefits are maintained and remain active. Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: - High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred - Prior experience with Medicaid benefit verification and Medicaid enrollment preferred - Flexibility in daily activities - Strong attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately complete required documentation withi...
