Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Hospice Homecare LPN - Per Diem Saratoga&Washington Counties WEEKDAYS 8am to 4pm: The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a Per Diem LPN to work as a member of our Hospice Home Care Team caring for patients and families in both the homecare and nursing home settings. Primary region to cover is Saratoga and Washington Counties.
