Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Job Title: Cross-Channel Operations Associate (PF1) Reports to: Corporate Vice President, Head of Corporate Editorial & Channels Department: Corporate Communications Role Overview: The Cross-Channel Operations Associate supports the coordination and cross-channel execution of enterprise communications across NYL’s internal digital ecosystem. This role focuses on traffic management, campaign packaging, and operational alignment across email, the employee portal, and digital display channels. Working in partnership with Editorial and Digital Workplace teams, this role helps ensure communications are organized, sequenced, and delivered consistently across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within established processes to ensure timely and accurate communication execution.
