This isn’t just about blowing a whistle; you are there to be a mentor and a role model. You’ll be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of the game in a way that is fun, fair, and encouraging for our youngest athletes. Regional Details: Our programs rotate seasonally to use the best facilities in the area. This position covers our North Cluster , including: - Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario, Chino Hills, Eastvale, and Jurupa Valley. - Assignment locations vary by season. Reliable transportation to all cities in this cluster is required. Responsibilities: Youth Engagement: Use an inviting, high-energy mindset to keep 3–8 year olds focused and excited. On-Field Instruction: Teach drills and fundamentals for Soccer, Flag Football, and Baseball. (Basketball and Volleyball experience is a plus).
