Position Summary: A Design Drafter I creates detailed technical drawings (shop, fabrication, assembly drawings) using CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor) from architect/engineer sketches, ensuring accuracy, material specs, and code compliance for metal & glass projects like facades, and curtain walls, while coordinating with project managers, fabricators, and installers to turn concepts into buildable plans, managing revisions, and producing material lists.
