Description Compensation: $23 - $24 Hourly Full Benefit Package: - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401k Plan (Employer Contributes 50/100, 6%) - HSA (Employer Contributes $552 Annually) - Life Insurance - 1-3 Weeks Paid Time-Off Summary: The CDL Asphalt Crew Member position performs a variety of routine and complex transportation and physical labor tasks. This position will spend approximately 20% driving and 80% assisting other crewmen by operating a variety of hand/power tools and heavy machinery to clean and prepare sites, apply pavement preservation products, and setup/remove cones and carpet. Essential Functions: - Loads/unloads trucks, and hauls materials to the job site. - Performs strenuous manual labor in preparing surfaces for pavement repair and maintenance. - Conducts pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. - Works with team members to apply pavement preservation products such as seal coat and HA5 high-density mineral bond. - Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. - Complies with all safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations. - Performs other functions as assigned.
