Organisational Design Specialist / Lead (Senior Consultant / Manager) The opportunity: As an Organisational Design Specialist / Lead (Senior Consultant / Manager) within People Consulting, you will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.
