This role requires strong local presence to effectively serve both our agents and policyholders. The BDS will act as the central point of contact for our agency partners, driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and supporting underwriting efforts. Key responsibilities: This position will be field-based located in either Tampa Bay area, West Palm or Ft. Lauderdale area.
