Job description

As Project Manager on our team, you’ll be leading the EMS Electronics Manufacturing Services in Automotive Electronics. Introducing our new products and transition them from pilot lines into high volume serial production. Your Role: Project Leadership & Execution: - Drive the most complex and critical projects across timing, innovation, and technical scope. - Own and maintain full project plans, risk management, project reviews, and key deliverables. - Ensure project success across Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery, and Methodology. - Communicate customer requirements and performance targets clearly to internal teams. - Champion adherence to PDP processes and compliance standards. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Interface: - Act as the main link between Manufacturing Sites and Supply Chain for transitioning products into high‑volume production. - Support serial launch readiness and smooth industrialisation. Customer & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for all project management topics. - Align communication across customer and internal stakeholder groups.
