Nextep’s strategic benefit specialists contribute to Nextep’s benefit plan growth and success by reviewing and analyzing potential Nextep clients. This position works with the sales team and third-party underwriting partners to provide pricing recommendations and strategic benefit solutions to both existing and prospective Nextep clients. About the role: - As Nextep’s resident subject matter expert on our benefit plan offerings, you’ll be working closely with our prospects and clients to educate them about our strategic benefit solutions. - Ideally, you’re solutions-oriented, because this role works on complex plan design inquiries to make plan recommendations to business leaders. - Assist in the sales process for prospective Nextep clients to ensure the best value and benefits to fit their needs. - You’ll work with many different people including our sales team, benefits team, clients, and prospects, so communication is key to success in this position.
