Job description

As a Facilities Operations Technician V– General , you will lead and guide the reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance of mission-critical facility systems within hyperscale data centers. In this role, you will apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex issues, support high-impact events, and help guide upgrades, standards, and operational improvements that protect uptime. Eligibility and Location Requirements: This position requires U.S. citizenship and is located onsite in Saline, Michigan. Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle's relocation policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis for high-impact or recurring issues affecting critical facility systems. Support and improve standards, procedures, and operational practices across electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, and supporting infrastructure. Provide technical guidance for upgrades, retrofits, expansions, major maintenance, and commissioning support activities.
