Description 📢 abra is hiring! abra is looking for a Dynamics Systems Analyst to join our CRM Division – Microsoft Activity . - Analyze business requirements and create functional/technical specifications. - Design processes, identify system improvements, and support automation. - Collaborate with users, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions. - Lead end-to-end processes from requirements to deployment. - Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and support system integrations. - Provide user support, training, and documentation. Requirements: - 3+ years as a Systems Analyst - Experience with CRM / ERP systems (preferably Dynamics) or other information systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders - Valid security clearance – an advantage
