Hydro GBS HR Norway is seeking a skilled and engaged Senior Specialist in Compensation & Benefits who will play a central role in shaping and implementing reward activities in Norway. What you will be doing: In this role, you will work across Hydro’s Norwegian organization as a key expert within reward. You will support leaders, HR, finance, and employees, and act as a trusted advisor in reward matters. An important part of the role is annual salary negotiations with unions, where you will plan, prepare, conduct analysis and scenario evaluations, and be actively involved in the negotiations.
