This role will lead environmental, health, and safety strategy across multiple repair and warehouse facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing operational risk, and fostering a culture of safety excellence. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting complex, fast-paced repair and logistics environments, automated systems, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Site EHS Leadership: Develop and standardize EHS programs across repair depots and distribution centers. Conduct routine site audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections. Partner with Operations Managers and Distribution Center Leaders to ensure consistent policy execution. Travel regularly to facilities (25–50%) to provide on-site leadership and support.
