Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, in process materials, and finished products to ensure quality compliance. - Collect, prepare, measure, and analyze material samples for laboratory testing. - Conduct quality inspections across production stages including Extrusion, Press, Converter, and finished goods. - Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment according to standard procedures. - Document test results and maintain accurate laboratory records and tracking systems. - Identify and report nonconforming materials or products and notify appropriate teams for corrective action. - Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality issues. - Assist with incoming raw material inspections and supplier quality verification. - Provide quality support across Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Stockroom, and Paper operations. - Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits. - Maintain laboratory organization, safety, an...
