Organization: PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation CAD Position Overview: Is responsible for supporting PAMF's fundraising programs, with special emphasis on individual donor cultivation. This role will have a specific focus on raising principal, major, annual and planned gifts with an individual annual fundraising goal of $1.5M - $3M+. Provides leadership and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives, and for the fiscal and administrative structures in this capacity, the Director leads, directs, coordinates, and executes the planning for Philanthropy strategies in a manner aligned with the goals Sutter Health. Accordingly, also serves as administrative liaison to Senior Management and Medical Staff, as well as to Sutter Health leadership, in order to ensure the smooth and integrated operation of the organizations, and the appropriate alignment of operational strategies with the overall mission and available resources.
