The Opportunity: We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Cladding in our Queensland to lead and grow Big River Group’s cladding category across the Queensland market. This is a strategic and commercially focused role responsible for accelerating category growth, expanding customer engagement, and strengthening Big River’s market position across cladding solutions, with a particular focus on AAC and fibre cement cladding systems. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and supply partners, this role will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative product solutions, and bringing new cladding products to market.
