Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly, prevent defects and minimize risk of injury - Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing. - Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications. - Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change. - Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping. - High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety. - Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department. - Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
