Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations at a mine site, ensuring materials and supplies are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support maintenance and production activities. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper material handling, and compliance with company policies and MSHA regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with Maintenance, Purchasing, and Accounting to support operational uptime and cost control while promoting a strong safety culture. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibility for warehouse personnel and is responsible for scheduling, performance management, and daily oversight of warehouse operations.
