POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Structural Designer (BIM Integration Lead) provides advanced drafting, modeling, and coordination support for marine and heavy civil structures including bulkheads, dolphins, trestles, bridges, piers, and terminals. This position acts as a technical and digital leader within the Engineering Department — responsible not only for the production of accurate, constructible design deliverables, but also for advancing digital design standards, mentoring staff, and shaping the department’s growth and technical direction . The Senior Structural Designer plays a vital role in Orion’s ongoing digital transformation by integrating field data, construction feedback, and cutting-edge modeling techniques into the engineering process.
