Job Title: Utility Foreman (Grid) Work Place Flexibility: Onsite: Legal Entity: Entergy Louisiana, LLC: JOB SUMMARY: Utility Foreman - Grid is primarily responsible for supervising and performing installations, maintenance and testing of substation equipment. The substation foreman will supervise emergency activities associated with the restoration of substation equipment. The substation foreman promotes safe work behaviors and actions from all assigned crews. The substation foreman provides a professional point of contact for contractors and internal/external customers. The substation foreman must be available for callouts and extended hours. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise and perform all aspects of installation and maintenance of substation equipment - Supervise and organize emergency activities associated with the restoration of substation equipment - Provide field training to maintenance crews on a wide array of substation apparatus - Assist crews in performing equipment testing; Such tests include but not limited to Doble power factor, Doble breaker speed analyzer, Alber battery test set and Kelman Profiler - Provide a professional point of contact for contractors, i...
