Mechanics Bank is currently searching for an Identity Access Governance Analyst to join our team. The Identity Access Governance (IAG) Analyst manages identity governance with a strong focus on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The role ensures employee access is provisioned, reviewed, and modified in accordance with defined roles, least privilege principles, and the Bank’s access control guidelines. The analyst evaluates access across all systems and partners with IT, Security, and business teams to maintain compliant, scalable access models that support security and audit requirements. What you will do: Conduct periodic access certifications, role reviews, and recertifications to validate appropriate access and compliance. Collaborate with application owners, vendors, and Bank departments to review access functionality and implement required changes.
