Vendor Manager, Global Retail Imports, 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Job description

The International Expansions team is seeking a Vendor Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract to support local category teams by working with our top vendors around the world to increase direct imports into emerging countries. You will have responsibility for managing the import supply chain processes from manufacturer to availability in our Fulfillment Centers, and for liaising with local Vendor Managers to develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize customer experience. You will focus on establishing foundational vendor relationships and processes to enable vendors to work with Amazon at a coordinated global level. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding and often ambiguous environment.
