Job DetailsJob Location: Hoover Branch - Hoover, AL 35244Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $11.22 HourlyLooking for a dedicated person who is flexible to work morning, nights, and weekend shifts and available for at least 3 shifts a week. Primary Summary: The YMCA focuses on strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the supervision of the Family Life Director, the Childwatch/YKids Attendant is responsible for group control, the safety of the children attending, and following association lesson plans. He/She also serves as a role model by exemplifying high standards and values. Delivers a quality experience to children, members, and guests focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Essential Functions: Supervise children in all Childwatch/YKIDS usage areas. Maintain line of sight and sound at all times.
