As a senior Employee Relations advisor, you will provide expert advice on complex ER cases, working closely with business leaders to guide them through the OneHR framework. You will use data and insights to inform your approach, ensuring advice is commercially sound, risk-aware, and aligned to best practice, with wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of decision-making. You will also play a key role in coaching and upskilling managers, helping to build capability and enhance the overall colleague experience across BT Group.
