Staff Software Engineer, Supply Chain Intelligence and Innovation

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript. - 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. - 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. - Experience with cloud-hosted services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform (GCP)). Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 10 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, with a focus on managing large-scale technical solutions and migrations. - Experience in architecting and implementing integrations between internal systems and external platforms, and data warehousing solutions. - Experience in applying AI/ML technologies to solve business problems, improving automation, productivity, and customer experience while reducing cost. - Experience driving technical decisions across a team and growing other technical individual contributors. - Understanding of microservices architecture, database design, and complex systems integrations.
