Overview We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role plays a critical part in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across our global manufacturing organization. Responsibilities: - Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide consultative support on compensation-related matters. - Market price jobs and analyze competitive data to ensure appropriate leveling within the salary structure. - Assist with administration of annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and sales incentives. - Participate in compensation surveys and manage market data within BetterComp. - Conduct compensation analyses including market assessments, cost modeling, and pay equity reviews. - Analyze new jobs and reclassification requests to appropriately determine FLSA exemption status. - Create and maintain compensation repor...
