Summary The Senior Manager, Engineering leads multiple engineering Scrum teams through direct management of Team Leads and is responsible for delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions aligned with business and strategic objectives. This role bridges hands‑on execution and strategic leadership, providing technical oversight, people leadership, and operational excellence while partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Client Services. The Senior Manager reports into an Engineering Director and acts as a key multiplier for engineering effectiveness, quality, and delivery predictability.
