How your role fits into Boldt: The purpose of the Safety Manager is to create, inspire, and maintain a “Safe Thinking” safety culture. This position will lead, direct, facilitate, and support project “Safe Thinking” safety initiatives for a project. The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring the completion of safety audits and inspections as well as all required internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly reporting of site safety metrics.
