Who we are looking for We are seeking a Vice President level Project / Program Manager to lead the execution of complex initiatives within State Street Global Technology Services. This role focuses on coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams , strengthening governance and execution discipline, and supporting risk reduction and remediation outcomes aligned to business and regulatory priorities. The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager who thrives in structured execution, stakeholder coordination, and proactive risk management , rather than hands‑on technical delivery. Experience working in a regulated financial services environment and supporting large technology or transformation initiatives is strongly preferred. This is an internal-facing role that requires effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.
