POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: Maintenance – Coffee Co. Campus (Part-Time) The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - McMinnville is accepting applications for the part-time position of Maintenance for the Coffee Co. Campus. POSITION INFORMATION: Position Type: Part-Time Hours: 31 hours per week: Salary: $36,249 (this position is eligible for health, vision, and dental coverage as well as pro-rated Annual Leave accrual.) SUMMARY: This position works under the supervision of the Coffee County Campus Director and is responsible for performing building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. He/she shall be a high school graduate or the equivalent as determined by the High School Equivalency (HSE) Test with two (2) years of related experience.
